UPDATES


I have recently been playing some piano for Craig Wedren’s band. Three vocalists, piano, nylon string guitar, two violins, viola, cello, and double bass, with brilliant string arrangements by Paul Jacob Cartwright. The songs are lovely and moving, the vibes are right, and the musicians are stellar. There should be some audio & video released in the future.

Craig and Anna Waronker (who also sings in the band) have been lingering somewhere in my musical mind since I was 14. Craig’s band Shudder to Think absolutely confounded me in the way I needed to be confounded, and Anna’s band That Dog delighted me, and has been a shared favorite with my siblings for 30+ years.

I played some piano on Jherek Bischoff’s score for Exhibiting Forgivenes, a new feature by Titus Kaphar.
